Love this question! Let me give you a situation I ran into today. My wife’s van didn’t start this morning. Was I worried? Heck no! We have been blessed to build a decent savings, I had just received $332 from my micro business, and we both still have our decently paying jobs.

If this would have happened to me three years ago, I would have been freaking out. I was at a super low wage job, barely any savings, and my wife and I were just about to get married. I would have been crapping a brick, worried that it was going to cost $1,000+ to fix, and I wouldn’t have been able to take off work to fix it. Plus being down a car. This would have been horrible three years ago.
But today, I was already off work(still being paid), I drove her to work, and then came home to tackle the problem. I called my cousin who was a mechanic, he told me it was probably the starter, and gave me a ball park of $350-$400. I had no reason to freak out, because I had ten times that in savings, on top of the $332 that I was just paid from my micro business, plus my normal salary. I said cool.
I called the mechanic, he quoted me $410. Still didn’t freak out or worry, cause right after that phone call, I was paid another $141.84, from my micro business.

Told him that was fine. From there he and my cousin told me to hit the starter for now, to get it to work to get it to the shop. I did like monkey hitting the ground with a stick, while having my daughter turn the ignition key, and then bam! We were in business.
I tell you this story not to boast or brag. I tell you this story to show you that there can be a different way of life. You can own your own business one day, not worry about bills. and live a more free life. It will take some time and some work, but it can be attainable.
Start working smarter, not harder. You will soon reap the rewards.
Your friend,
Emilio
